FOMO Pay confirms that Bunker Partner DMCC formally withdrew its Originating Application against the company in Court on 13 May 2025. With the matter now resolved, we take this opportunity to provide clarity and reaffirm our unwavering commitment to client confidentiality.
On 17 January 2025, Bunker Partner DMCC commenced an Originating Application against us. We would like to clarify that we have no commercial relationship with Bunker Partner DMCC or the party whose information Bunker Partner DMCC was seeking through the Originating Application. Our involvement in the matter was limited to our role as a licensed payment institution.
The Originating Application was the result of our firm stance on safeguarding the confidentiality of client information — a principle that guides all our operations. Bunker Partner DMCC ultimately obtained the information they sought from a third party, and subsequently withdrew the Originating Application in Court on 13 May 2025.
We would like to take this opportunity to reinforce our commitment to client confidentiality, which is integral to our operations as a trusted payment institution and is a core part of our promise to provide secure, reliable, and efficient payment services to our customers.
