The Singapore Police Force has issued an official advisory regarding scams involving the impersonation of digital asset platforms since May 2025. There have been at least 31 cases reported. We encourage all clients and partners to stay vigilant and review the advisory as a precautionary measure. Read the full advisory here.
Please note:
What licensed digital asset platforms will never do: Licensed digital asset platforms in Singapore will never ask you to transfer assets, share login details, 2FA codes, or recovery phrases for security or investigations.
We never ask for sensitive information: We will never ask for sensitive information such as your digital payment token wallet details, private keys, recovery or seed phrases, passwords, payment details, or verification codes through unsolicited emails, messages, or phone calls.
Report scams. Protect yourself and others: If you encounter a scam, inform the authorities, family, and friends. If you suspect you are a victim, contact your bank immediately and file a police report.
Contact us through verified channels if unsure: If you are unsure about any communication claiming to be from us, contact our team directly through verified channels.
